Welcome to Roovrs. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Roovrs website, services, and applications (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

Roovrs provides a platform that offers a curated list of Instagram influencers. Our Service allows users to discover and connect with these influencers through a credit-based system.

2. Definitions

• "Service" refers to the Roovrs platform, including all content, features, and functionality offered.
• "User" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Service.
• "Content" refers to all information, data, text, graphics, images, and other materials that may be accessed through the Service.
• "Credits" refers to the virtual currency used within the Service to access influencer contact information.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Roovrs will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.

4. Credits and Payments

Roovrs operates on a pay-as-you-go model where users purchase credits to access influencer contact information. All credit purchases are final and non-refundable except in cases where there has been a clear error on our part.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Service
• Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device to access the Service
• Introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, or other harmful material
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with any other user's use and enjoyment of the Service
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
• Harvest or collect email addresses or other contact information from other users

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Roovrs and its licensors. You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to post your User Content and that it does not violate the rights of any third party.

9. Termination

ROOVRS MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, BE AVAILABLE ON AN UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE BASIS, OR BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, COMPLETE, LEGAL, OR SAFE.

11. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL ROOVRS, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Roovrs operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
